Delete your JaneLink Account

Use this page to permanently delete your JaneLink account.

What will be deleted

1. Your JaneLink account profile and account credentials.
2. Your JaneLink service history, settings, and in-app data.
3. Any unused JaneLink benefits associated with the account.

Data retained after deletion

1. Records we must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes may be kept for up to 7 years.
2. After the applicable retention period, retained records will be deleted or anonymized.

Before you continue

1. Make sure you no longer need information stored in JaneLink.
2. Resolve any pending orders, subscriptions, or support requests.
